Rumbach Sebestyén utca 12, ROASTERY

It may even seem overwhelming to read about it, so it is recommended to experience it visually as well :)

The Blue Bird on Rumbach Sebestyen Street

Street has grown into one of the most iconic places in the city center. Directly opposite the small Synagogue, you can almost reach out and touch the architectural wonder.

The interior is simply enchanting. It is a place where the "Art of Brunch" takes on a new meaning, and your imagination takes flight: open cages hanging from the ceiling, colorful macaws flying on the walls, and jungle paintings in ornate antique frames – only your imagination can set limits to their story...

With its restored antique furniture, a micro-roastery, and coffee workshops where Ádám thanks God for creation with filter coffee, it is hard to surpass the experience and the amount of stimulus that awaits you here.

It is noteworthy that the entire location is part of the world heritage, preserved as a historical monument, as these buildings served as the Pest ghetto during World War II

After bustling nights, it is also worth visiting during the day, as you can experience the complete opposite here. We can call this narrow passage the path of extremes, as during the day, one of the two Blue Bird terraces, located opposite each other, offers an island of peace with its vintage furniture, beachy colors, and angel-wing wall paintings, while the other side of the passage, with its jungle effect, wooden decorations, and huge green wall, embodies the gentle embrace of nature.

The courtyard offers an opportunity to break free from the daily grind, as it is the venue for numerous events, such as free salsa nights, vintage garage sales, craft markets, and sometimes even freelance artists' creations can be found on certain days.
